Went for my ippt today @ bedok camp.
Little did i expect… the easiest station which i expected it to be turn out to be a problematic one, the sit up.
1st i did 11 chin ups, no problems at all, 5 points
2nd was shuttle run, was feeling heavy but still mananged to get 5 points, 10.1s
3rd was sit up… after just 30 i felt like shit.. in the end i only managed to do 36, 4 points.
4th was standing broad jump, no idea why after my sit up, my legs were damn wobbly and i was feeling the shagness after sit up, in the end only managed to jump 221cm…. very disappointed… but luckily it was just enough to get silver, if i jump less 1cm… my silver is gone.
Lastly was 2.4km run, i was expecting to run on the track in the end we had to run around the road… somehow it feel more than 400m per round…. i almost wanted to walk but i told myself NO how could i?! What for i bother to train if i wanted to walk… so i pushed myself further and completed it in 11:09min… frankly was quite disappointed with it but compared to my training timings… it is better….
For my description you can see that my lower body is very weak and i have to admit because my training focus more on upper body.. so now im gonna design a new training regime which incorporates my back and legs training.
Thanks to the Larges threadless tees and people who said i looked small….. im gonna bulk even more… and i know i’m small.. hey i dun hit the gym.. limited weights at home…. i’m gonna train harder, eat harder, sleep better. hope to gain 2 more inches on my chest and 3 more inches on my arm…… bulking up is very difficult… trust me.
